Mindfulness is being aware or conscious of ourselves. It is a therapeutic tool that allows the ability to focus our awareness on the present moment and gently acceptance our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. Mindfulness raises awareness of our thoughts and emotions by becoming present to ourselves.

Mind Detox gets to the root cause reason of your issues and transforms unhelpful beliefs. Mind Calm uses Meditation to become conscious of our thoughts, emotions and bodies, whilst connecting to the present moment. Mind Alchemy uses Emotional Management, Drama Therapy, Journaling and Mindful Goal Setting to connect to ourselves and our deepest desires.

I offer individual coaching, group classes, Mindfulness & Meditation courses & workshops. Self study courses can also be purchased online. The coaching, classes and courses I offer, help you to find peace, calm, confidence and acceptance whilst reducing stress, fears, judgement, over-thinking, and a lack of focus.
